An educational program developed pursuant to NRS 439B.280 must be designed to address problems or objectives related to health that are identified in National Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Objectives for the Year 2000, published by the United States Public Health Service. The major hospitals must determine the form and content of each program, but a program must be approved by the director before it is implemented.
