Section 439B.444 - Determination to hold hearing or to issue decision denying appeal without hearing

After considering the information and documentation specified in NAC 439B.443, the director or his designee will:

1. Hold a hearing; or

2. Based upon a finding that the county acted properly in rejecting the application, render a written decision that the appeal is without merit.
