Section 439.Sec. 37 - NEW1. The Division may conduct an on-site inspection of a program at any time to determine whether the person or governmental entity that operates the program is in compliance with the provisions of sections 2 to 40, inclusive.2. Upon completion of an inspection, the Division shall:(a) Compile a report of the inspection, which must include, without limitation, a description of each violation discovered during the inspection or a statement that no violation was discovered during the inspection; and(b) Make the report available to the program that is the subject of the report.Nev.
