Section 439.360 - Pleadings1. A pleading before the hearing officer must be styled a "petition" or "response."2. The hearing officer may, when the substantial rights of the parties are not involved, allow a pleading to be amended or corrected or any omission in it to be supplied.3. All pleadings will be liberally construed to effect justice between the parties, and the hearing officer may, at every stage of any proceeding, disregard errors or defects in the pleadings or proceedings which do not affect the substantial rights of the parties.Nev.
