Section 435.505 - Definitions

As used in NAC 435.500 to 435.740, inclusive, and sections 3, 4 and 5, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NAC 435.5054 to 435.509, inclusive, and section 3 have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.
