Section 435.898 - Financial planning, records and reportsA provider of jobs and day training services shall:
1. Have a financial plan which ensures that there will be sufficient resources to meet the costs for training and support for persons receiving jobs and day training services from the provider;2. Maintain adequate financial records, including, without limitation, financial records which demonstrate compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S.C. §§ 201 et seq.; and3. Submit to the Division any financial report: (a) Which the Division requests in writing; and(b) The need for which is explained by the Division.Nev. Admin. Code § 435.898
