Section 435.821 - "Provider of jobs and day training services" defined

"Provider of jobs and day training services" means a natural person who, or a partnership, firm, corporation, association, including, without limitation, a nonprofit organization, or a state or local government or agency thereof that, has been issued a provisional certificate or a certificate.
