If a public or private mental health facility has not established the procedures set forth in NAC 433.260 to 433.285, inclusive, psychotropic medication must not be administered to the patient without consent of the patient unless:
1. The patient has been admitted to the facility involuntarily by court order pursuant to NRS 433A.200 to 433A.330, inclusive; and2. The practitioner who is primarily responsible for treating the patient obtains from the court that ordered the involuntary admission of the patient an order to involuntarily administer the medication to the patient.Nev.
