Section 432B.440 - Placement of child in unlicensed home of relative: Assessment of safety of child at time of initial placement

The agency which provides child welfare services shall assess the safety of a child at the time of the initial placement in the home of a relative of the child who is not licensed pursuant to NRS 424.030 and who resides in this state.
