Section 432B.100 - Administrative, clerical and support staff1. An agency which provides child welfare services shall employ such administrative staff as needed in accordance with the agency's size, scope of responsibility and overall organizational structure.2. All members of the clerical and support staff of an agency which provides child welfare services must possess the necessary education, training and experience for their specific jobs.Nev. Admin.
