Section 432A.700 - Policy and procedure for admission into program; notice of admission or refusal to admit client1. A provider shall have a written policy and procedure for admission into his or her program, which must include: (a) An explanation of the requirements which must be met before a client is placed in the program;(b) An explanation of the evaluation of the client that is required by NRS 432A.450 and NAC 432A.720; and(c) An explanation of the requirements for admission at the request of a client.2. When a client is admitted into a program, the provider shall notify the parent or guardian of the client's admission.3. When admission into a program is refused to a client, the provider shall provide a signed written statement of the reason for the refusal to the parent or guardian of the client.Nev. Admin.
