Section 432A.675 - Employees: Personnel policies and procedures; job descriptions1. The field administrator shall adopt written personnel policies and procedures which cover: (a) The manner in which grievances by employees will be addressed.(b) The lines of authority.(c) The required orientation and ongoing training of employees.(d) The manner and schedule for evaluating the performance of the individual employees.(e) Rules of conduct for employees.2. The provider shall create and maintain a written job description for each position, which includes a specific statement of duties and responsibilities and the minimum level of education, training and work experience required.Nev.
