Section 432A.655 - Plan to ensure quality of program; records of use of plan1. A provider shall prepare a plan to ensure the quality of the program. The plan must describe the methods and standards used by the provider to ensure that his or her services are of a high quality.2. The provider shall maintain records of his or her use of the plan.3.
