Section 432A.645 - Maintenance of accounts, books and records; provision of informationA provider shall:
1. At all times, maintain records of enrollment for all clients at the base camp;2. For at least 3 years, maintain complete and accurate accounts, books and records in a manner that is accessible and standardized; and3. Provide information that is accurate and factual to the parents of the clients, the community and the media.Nev. Admin. Code § 432A.645
