Section 432A.300 - Director: Requirement; qualifications; application for approval1. The licensee of a child care facility shall:(a) Serve as the director of the facility, if the licensee has the qualifications set forth in NRS 432A.1773 and has been approved by the Division pursuant to subsection 3; or(b) Appoint a person who satisfies the qualifications set forth in NRS 432A.1773 and has been approved by the Division pursuant to subsection 3 to serve as the director.2. The licensee shall notify the Division of any appointment made pursuant to subsection 1 within 5 working days after the date of the appointment.3. Before serving as the director of a facility, a person must apply to the Division in the form prescribed by the Division and receive approval from the Division. A facility shall retain the notice of approval from the Division in the personnel file of the director.Nev. Admin. Code § 432A.300
