Section 432A.565 - Director of facility: General dutiesThe director of a facility that provides care for ill children shall:
1. Provide a child with activities during the day that meet the needs of the child, including: (a) Activities that take place inside or outside and which are consistent with the developmental level, ability and physical condition of the child and the plan of care for the child;(c) Eating and drinking; and(d) Toileting and personal hygiene.2. Modify the plan of care for each child daily.3. Monitor the records completed by staff.4. Notify a parent of his or her child's progress.Nev. Admin. Code § 432A.565
