Section 432A.Sec. 8 - NEWThe Division:
1. Shall impose on a facility at least one administrative sanction for each deficiency identified by the Division in the facility with a severity score of four and for each deficiency identified by the Division in the facility with a combined severity and scope score of six or more.2.
