Section 432A.Sec. 32 - NEW

If a facility does not agree to the appointment of a temporary manager pursuant to section 30 of this regulation or fails to relinquish authority to the temporary manager pursuant to section 31 of this regulation, the Division must:

1. Request the Attorney General to bring an action pursuant to NRS 439.565 to enjoin the facility from operating with continued deficiencies; and

2. Deny, suspend or revoke the license of the facility.
