Section 432A.Sec. 27 - NEW1. The Division must terminate the daily accrual of a monetary penalty if the facility demonstrates to the Division that it has made substantial improvements to correct each deficiency for which the daily monetary penalty was imposed and that the health, safety and well-being of children are adequately protected and safeguarded.2. The Division may impose a daily monetary penalty for not longer than 6 months, after which the Division must instead deny, suspend or revoke the license of the facility.Nev. Admin.
