Section 432A.Sec. 10 - NEW1. The Division may impose one or more sanctions upon identifying a deficiency during a survey or an investigation of a complaint.2. The Division shall provide notice to the applicable facility of each deficiency identified by the Division. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 3, the notice must specify each deficiency identified and the combined severity and scope score for each deficiency, as determined by the Division.3. Any deficiency for which a combined severity and scope score is not specified in the notice provided pursuant to subsection 2 is presumed to be a deficiency for which the facility is not subject to a monetary penalty pursuant to subsection 2 of section 21 of this regulation.Nev.
