Section 432A.095 - "Facility for special events" defined1. "Facility for special events" means a facility which is:(a) Operated by a business that is licensed to conduct a business other than the provision of care to children; and(b) Located on the premises of a business at which a special event is held.2. The term does not include care to children that is provided in a hotel or motel room or in the private home of a person who is attending a special event.Nev. Admin. Code § 432A.095
