Section 432A.086 - "Employee" defined"Employee" means a person who renders time and services to a licensee of a child care facility, and whose regular course of duties places that person in a position to:
1. Exercise supervisory control over children served by the facility;2. Have direct access to or contact with children served by the facility; or3. Have access to information or records maintained by the licensee relating to children served by the facility.Nev. Admin. Code § 432A.086
