Section 432.150 - Annual disbursement of unspent money for programs

The Administrator may, on an annual basis, disburse any unspent money obtained from the Federal Government pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 677 to an agency which provides child welfare services in the manner described in NAC 432.110 and for the purposes described in NAC 432.120.
