Section 432.290 - Requirements for receipt of disbursement for program during next fiscal year

An agency which provides child welfare services that provides a self-sufficiency program and wishes to receive a disbursement pursuant to NAC 432.280 during the next fiscal year must submit to the Division an updated plan for the self-sufficiency program on or before May 1 of the immediately preceding fiscal year.
