Section 427A.770 - Grounds for termination of care

Care provided by a personal care attendant to a recipient may be terminated if the recipient:

1. Fails to pay his or her share of the cost of such care;

2. Fails to provide documents needed for reevaluation;

3. Willfully defrauds the program; or

4. Fails to comply with the requirements of NAC 427A.750.
