Section 427A.775 - Right of review1. An applicant for financial assistance is entitled to an administrative review if his or her application is denied.2. A recipient is entitled to an administrative review if:(a) The recipient's financial assistance is terminated;(b) The recipient's financial assistance is reduced without his or her concurrence;(c) The recipient has not been given a choice between community home-based care and institutional care; or(d) The recipient has a grievance concerning the delivery, quality, duration or scope of his or her financial assistance.Nev.
