Section 427A.335 - Hearings: Continuances

The Attorney for the Rights of Older Persons and Persons with a Physical Disability, an Intellectual Disability or a Related Condition may, before or during a hearing, and on a proper showing, grant continuances for submission of further proof of any matter or for any other just cause.
