Section 427A.3275 - Pleadings: Filing; availability
1. An original and two legible copies of each pleading must be filed with the Attorney for the Rights of Older Persons and Persons with a Physical Disability, an Intellectual Disability or a Related Condition in all matters before him or her.
2. The Attorney for the Rights of Older Persons and Persons with a Physical Disability, an Intellectual Disability or a Related Condition may direct that the party who filed a pleading make copies of it available to any other person who has requested copies, if the Attorney for the Rights of Older Persons and Persons with a Physical Disability, an Intellectual Disability or a Related Condition first determines that the person making the request may be affected by the proceeding.
