In special cases, upon a showing of good cause, the Attorney for the Rights of Older Persons and Persons with a Physical Disability, an Intellectual Disability or a Related Condition may permit deviation from the requirements set forth in NAC 427A.320 to 427A.3395, inclusive, and section 1 if compliance is impractical or unnecessary.
