Section 424.059 - "Licensing authority representative" defined"Licensing authority representative" means:
1. In a county whose population is 100,000 or more, the director of the agency of the county that provides or arranges for necessary child welfare services or a person designated by him; or2. In a county whose population is less than 100,000, the Administrator or a person designated by him.Nev. Admin. Code § 424.059
