Section 424.613 - Reporting of abuse or neglect

Each licensee, foster parent, member of the staff of a foster home or employee of a foster care agency who, in his or her professional or occupational capacity, knows or has reasonable cause to believe that a child has been abused or neglected shall report the abuse or neglect as required by NRS 432B.220.
