Section 424.125 - Release of information for evaluation of foster home

Applicants and licensees are required to provide releases of information as requested by the licensing authority representative authorizing contact with any individual deemed necessary to evaluate the foster home. This may include, without limitation, doctors, employers, school staff and personal references.
