Section 424.350 - Location of home1. The home shall be in an area that is conducive to the physical and emotional health, general welfare and wholesome development of children, and which includes an accessible outdoor play area.2. It is preferred that the home be located in a residential area. However, commercial or industrial districts may be approved if there are adequate safeguards against traffic and other hazards.Nev.
