Section 422.Sec. 26 - NEW1. If the operator of a program is aggrieved by any decision concerning the denial, suspension or revocation of certification, the operator may submit a request for an appeal to the Administrator of the Division pursuant to the procedures set forth in NAC 439.300 to 439.395, inclusive.2. Except in the case of an immediate termination of the provision of tenancy support services pursuant to section 25, the effective date of a suspension or revocation is stayed upon receipt of a request for an appeal until the hearing officer renders a decision regarding the appeal.Nev.
