Section 414.040 - "Preliminary damage assessment" defined "Preliminary damage assessment" means:
1. A determination of the extent of damage caused by a natural, technological or man-made emergency or disaster; and2. An estimation of the amount of financial assistance and payments for the deployment of physical resources needed to repair the damages.Nev. Admin. Code § 414.040
