Section 410.310 - Maintenance or construction of sign on private property from within right-of-way of state prohibited; violation

The maintenance or construction of a sign on private property from within the right-of-way of the state is prohibited. Any violation of this requirement may result in the revocation of the sign permit and the removal of the sign at the owner's expense.
