Section 410.750 - Unacceptable commercial or industrial zones: Activity contemplated to circumvent purpose of program

If any contemplated commercial or industrial activity appears to be designed primarily to protect outdoor advertising signs or encourage their use and thus, to circumvent the purpose of the Department's program for beautification of highways, the Department will not define the area surrounding the activity as a conforming area.
