Section 410.675 - "Unacceptable commercial or industrial zone" defined

"Unacceptable commercial or industrial zone" means an area which is established by a local government as a commercial or industrial zone but which is not accepted by the Department as a commercial or industrial area for the purpose of the exception in subsection 4 of NRS 410.320.
