Section 410.570 - Purpose

The purpose of NAC 410.500 to 410.630, inclusive, is to provide for effective control by the Department of official and directional signs adjacent to interstate or primary highways within this state and to establish effective control in conformance with the national standards adopted by the Secretary of Transportation pursuant to 23 U.S.C. Section 131.
