Section 410.530 - "Public service sign" defined"Public service sign" means a sign which:
1. Is located on a shelter at a school bus stop if the shelter is authorized or approved by a law, ordinance or regulation and is at a place approved by the city, county or state agency controlling the highway involved; and2. Identifies the donor, sponsor or contributors of the shelter.Nev. Admin. Code § 410.530
