Section 407.060 - No refund of fees where privileges rescinded for infractions

Fees charged for the use of a park, including, without limitation, administrative fees collected by the Division for the issuance of a permit, will not be refunded if the user's privileges are rescinded or the permit is revoked as a result of the infraction of a park regulation.
