Section 394.607 - Requirements for entrance1. Each institution must have requirements for entrance which reasonably ensure that a student who enrolls in the program is capable of completing the program and benefiting from it.2. If an institution requires a high school diploma as part of the entrance requirements, the diploma must be issued by a school which is recognized by a governmental agency regulating education in the location where the diploma was issued.Nev.
