Section 394.358 - Submission of materials for consideration by the Commission

Except as otherwise provided in NRS 394.455, all materials pertaining to any matter to be considered for action by the Commission at a regularly scheduled meeting must be delivered to the Commission 60 days before the meeting. The materials must be delivered to the office of the Commission or mailed to the office and postmarked on or before that date.
