Section 394.180 - Maintenance and operational standards; periodic reviews

The provisions contained in NAC 394.010 to 394.180, inclusive, must also be used as maintenance and operational standards and criteria. Reviews will be conducted periodically to assure that the private school is maintained and operated in accordance with those sections.
