Section 394.090 - Records of attendance, progress and performanceThe applicant shall:
1. State the policy and regulations of the private school relative to absences, tardiness and unsatisfactory attendance and the procedure used to maintain and report attendance.2. State the policy and regulations of the private school relative to standards of progress required of students, including the grading system, conditions for probation, dismissal and reentrance.3.
