Section 392.225 - School districts to adopt appropriate policies and practices

Each school district shall adopt policies and practices that are designed to remove any barriers to the enrollment and retention of homeless children in school. Each school district shall review and revise, if necessary, the policies and practices that it adopts pursuant to this section.
