Section 391.277 - Endorsement to teach occupational therapy1. To receive an endorsement to provide services to pupils as an occupational therapist in a program of occupational therapy, a person must hold a license as an occupational therapist issued by the Board of Occupational Therapy in this State.2. A person who holds only a special license with an endorsement to provide services as an occupational therapist is exempt from the requirements of NAC 391.036 and 391.065.3. Such an endorsement is not required to provide services to pupils as an occupational therapist in a program of occupational therapy.Nev. Admin. Code § 391.277
