Section 391.063 - Voluntary surrender and reinstatement of license or endorsement1. A person may voluntarily surrender his or her license or endorsement by submitting a notarized statement of surrender to the Department.2. A person who has voluntarily surrendered his or her license or endorsement and wishes to reinstate it must reapply for the license or endorsement by following the procedures and meeting all requirements as if the person were applying for a new license or endorsement.3. A fee will be charged for the issuance of the new license pursuant to NRS 391.040.4. The voluntary surrender of a license or the failure to renew a license does not preclude the Board from hearing a complaint for disciplinary action made against the licensee.Nev. Admin.
