Section 391.430 - Business and industry endorsement: Authorized activities of holderA person who holds a business and industry endorsement may:
1. Provide instruction to pupils enrolled in a program of career and technical education in middle school, junior high school or high school; and2. Teach an academic subject if it is: (a) Related to an area of career and technical education which the person's endorsement allows him or her to teach; and(b) Necessary to the success of the instruction of that area of career and technical education.Nev.
