Section 390.117 - Attendance at adult high school program for test preparation
1. The board of trustees of a school district may allow a person who is at least 16 years of age but less than 18 years of age who has withdrawn from high school so that he or she may take a high school equivalency assessment to attend an adult high school program only for the purpose of test preparation. Any such authorization expires on the date on which the person to whom authorization is granted passes the high school equivalency assessment.
2. Nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit a person who is at least 18 years of age and who passes a high school equivalency assessment from enrolling in an adult high school program in accordance with NAC 387.190.
